Services are the procedures or deliverables your practice offers its clients.

To add a Service to LeadLoop:

  1. Log in from an account that has admin privileges.
  2. Click your User Initials in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Services.
  5. Click Add Service.
  6. Enter a Name, Label, Value, and Service Multiplier for the service.

The Parts of a Service

In LeadLoop, a Service has four components:

  1. A Name, which is what you call your service offering or product.
  2. A Label, which allows for more information that will appear after the name (“Service - Label,” in your Pipeline).
  3. A Value, which is the price of your Service in digits (no dollar sign).
  4. A Service Multiplier, which is your unit quantity. This is most often “1,” but it can be set as any number that indicates a tier, volume, or time limit.

Best Practices

These tips will help you get the most out of your Services:

  • Simple standard names. Name Services as you already refer to them within your practice.
  • Labels distinguish similar services. Labels help differentiate between services within the same wheelhouse. For example, “Breast Augmentation - With Lift,” or “Botox - 10-30 Units” versus, “Botox -  Refresh” In these cases, the "- With Lift" and " - Refresh" are Labels.
  • Separate Services for each device. Don't group Services by price point. For instance, even if 2-3 different laser treatments cost the same, it’s best to create distinct Services for each. This will improve your analytics and allow you to see which specific injectable, device, or product is most appealing to your leads and clients.
