Notifications
Notifications consolidates and presents every important change and update from across LeadLoop, system-wide, and in near real-time.
Accessed via the Bell icon in the upper left, Notifications are one of LeadLoop’s most-used and most helpful features.
That's because Notifications isn't a “read-only view” of your entire system, but an “action view” that allows you to mark and manage leads, create new customers, or follow up immediately, without having to leave Notifications.
While the Inbox displays all inbound communications—phone calls, website forms, emails and social media DMs—Notifications displays not just this inbound traffic, but updates and action items for all of the leads moving through your Pipeline.
In LeadLoop, we call these action items “ToDos,” or “to-do’s”.
Best Practices
- Whether you're viewing Analytics or handling your Inbox, consider keeping Notifications open so you’re abreast of all inbound traffic or changes as they occur.
- Notifications is a great home page of sorts, so it’s a good place to “spend your day.” It “does the tracking for you,” so you can focus on actual follow-up and closing sales.
- React or reply right from Notifications, since it lets you mark and manage leads, create customers, and communicate with or schedule leads.
How to Access
You’ll access Notifications via the Bell icon in your upper left, from anywhere within LeadLoop.
You can pull up Notifications alongside any other screen or view in LeadLoop, such as Notifications + Inbox, or Notifications + Pipelines, or Activity, or Analytics. Notifications will appear at left.
List of Exact Notifications
Notifications has 5 subsections:
- Inbox — Displaying all of your inbound emails, calls, forms, and DMs.
- Conversations — Ongoing text messages or email exchanges.
- Other — Alerts on traffic classified as something other than a valid lead.
- ToDos due today — Anything [calls, emails, interviews] scheduled for completion today.
- Overdue ToDos — Anything scheduled for completion prior to today, that has yet to be done.
